Unfortunately, I disappeared off the face of the planet a little! (or at least, off the face of DeviantArt)
Truthfully, I always feel a little awkward updating my journal when I don't have actual content to be updating with, but I can say cosplay content will be finally coming very very soon!

It's been over a year since I first started my Link cosplay (time never stops flying), and as improvements are always necessary,  it's been getting quite an overhaul!
Those who already follow my Facebook page have probably already seen the tunic and hat are all new, but that's only the beginning of what's to come! The arm guard's sleeves have been DYING to stop being felt, and a different color, and while this still isn't 100% ideal, it's definitely an improvement: [link]
The belts must be completely redone with a new fabric and bigger buckles to allow for more width; no progress photos on that yet, but hopefully soon! More is going to be reworked, but I'll leave the rest as a surprise ^_^

I'm hoping most everything will be completed before the 14th; because that's Hurricon time! [link]
Hurricon holds special memories for me, so I really hope to be able to impress the judges with as many improvements to my costume as possible, and to FINALLY do some cosplay photography!

As to where else I've been, I'm mostly residing in the YouTube corner of the internet, slowly but surely working on song covers and dubbing! This is my latest role: [link] I spent over 80 hours working on that episode's sfx and I can safely say I never want to do that again! :'D

I've also been fighting germs! Hooray!
This year started out rough for me and has still been rough around the edges but I hope everyone else has been doing better than I, and is progressing in life at the pace they desire ^_^
